CashPromise SEO Automation
CashPromise SEO Automation is an internal business application used by the CashPromise team to understand shopping search demand and improve how customers discover relevant cashback deals, brands and categories on CashPromise.
It is not a customer login product and does not provide access to personal Google accounts. The application operates on data belonging to, or expressly authorized for use by, CashPromise.
What the application does
Keyword opportunity research
Uses Google Ads keyword-planning data to understand demand for cashback offers, brands, categories and shopping topics.
Deal and catalogue recommendations
Turns aggregated search insights into recommendations for CashPromise staff. Changes remain subject to internal review before publication.
Google services and data used
- Google Search Console: search queries, landing pages, countries, devices, clicks, impressions, click-through rate and average position for the verified CashPromise website property.
- Google Ads: keyword ideas, historical search-demand indicators and related planning information from CashPromise's authorized Google Ads account.
Why this data is used
The data is used to measure the discoverability of CashPromise pages, find gaps in the deal catalogue, prioritize useful content and improve page titles, descriptions and on-site navigation. CashPromise does not use these integrations to read Gmail, Drive, Contacts or other personal Google products.
Privacy, access and retention
Access is restricted to authorized CashPromise systems and team members. Credentials are kept in protected server-side storage and are not exposed to website visitors.
Google-derived data is used only for CashPromise analytics and content planning. It is not sold, used for unrelated advertising, or shared with independent third parties.
